Boccia is about using an exceptional individual throwing technique to place the balls as close as possible to the target ball or shoot away the opponent’s balls from the target ball. Boccia is a precision sport.
A throw builds up from 4 phases:
1. The choice of the appropriate throw strategy
2. The preparation for the throw 3. The execution of the throw 4. Pursuing the success or failure of the throw
All of these phases are accompanied by the highest levels of concentration, tension, and most precipitous emotions.As a result, this sport can only be practiced by strong personalities.

Beim Boccia geht es darum mittels einer aussergewönlicher individueller Wurftechnik, die eigenen Kugeln möglichst nah an die Zielkugel zu platzieren bzw. die gegnerischen Kugeln aus ihre Nähe wegzuschießen. Boccia ist somit ein Präzisionssport.
Ein Wurf baut sich aus 4 Phasen auf:
1. Die Wahl der passenden Wurfstrategie
2. Das Ansetzen für den Wurf
3. Die Ausführung des Werfes
4. Das Verfolgen des Erfolg oder des Miserfolg des Wurfes
Alle diese Phasen sind begleitet von höchster Konzentration, Anspannung, und vielfälltingsten Emotionen. Diese Sportart kann nur von starken Persönlichkeiten ausgeübt werden.
